Machine Knives - Ernest Bennett supply a range of HSS and TCT Planer Blades, Serrated Back, Whitehill and Profile Cutters, Slotted Irons and Throwaway TC Cutters. Cutterheads and Profile blocks can also be supplied on request.
Planer Blades - Supplied in HSS material, either M2 or T1, and Tungsten Carbide Tipped.

Serrated Back Cutters – Supplied in HSS material, either M2 or T1, and Tungsten Carbide Tipped. All with 60 degree serrations, 90 degrees can be supplied on request.

Whitehill Cutters – The full range of Whitehill Cutterheads can be supplied together with cutters. The cutters can be supplied either as square edged blanks, bevelled edge cutters or ready shaped cutters, in HSS or Tungsten Carbide.

Throwaway TC Cutters – Indexable throwaway knives made from fine grade tungsten carbide, for use on plastics, melamine laminated chipboard and MDF. Available plain or profiled to customer requirements.

The use of Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tooling has increased rapidly since its inception due to the realisation of many varied applications.

The diamond tips have a long life compared to the normal tungsten carbide giving up to 100 times more production between regrinding.

We supply and service the full range of PCD tooling, predominantly circular sawblades and groovers, router tooling, hoggers and cutterblocks. Production is carried out on the latest, purpose built machinery, working to the tightest of tolerances to ensure optimum operation of tooling. Servicing is also carried out to the same high standards with a fast turnaround always assured.
