Ernest Bennett (Sheffield) Ltd was formed in 1956 to service and maintain all types of Industrial Sawblades and cutting tools.

The company progressed into manufacturing shortly afterwards. In 1964 Ernest Bennett and Co (Darlington) Ltdwas formed to cover the increasing business in the North of England, Scotland and Ireland. In 1995 Ernest Bennett USA LLC was formed to supply and service our sawblades in the American market.

The knowledge and experience gained, coupled with our commitment to quality and extensive capital investment in the most up-to-date equipment, has resulted in the company becoming the largest Industrial Sawblade manufacturer in the United Kingdom, employing 140 people on both sides of the Atlantic in our 3 purpose built factories.

The main scope of our business is the manufacture of all types of Industrial Tungsten Carbide Tipped Circular Sawblades and Wide Bandsaw Blades.

Carbide tipped sawblades are manufactured from 75mm (3") diameter up to 1400mm (55") diameter for use in the timber, plastic, non-ferrous metal and steel industries.

Wide Bandsaw Blades from 2" wide up to 10" wide for use in the woodworking industry.

In addition to the above we also supply associated tooling and various consumables for the safety of operatives and maintenance of equipment.

Service of Products

To complement our extensive range of products, we also offer a complete weekly service for sharpening and repair. Our fleet of 10 vans operates a weekly collection and delivery service in many areas of the United Kingdom. Our drivers will be pleased to assistyou with any queries you may have.
